Structural optimization of composite steel trussed-concrete beams

چکیده

The present work deals with the structural optimization of self-supported Composite Steel Trussed-Concrete Beams (CSTCB). CSTCB belongs to category prefabricated steel truss embedded in a concrete core casted situ. is typically composed plate, which represents bottom chord, system diagonal bars and some coupled rebars working as upper chord. Optimized geometries lead minimization material use. This results costs, achievement sustainability targets, reduction on self-weight well many architectural advantages. At this purpose, MATLAB code herein presented. aims optimize geometry beam by means genetic algorithm (ga). Two different operative phases, before after hardening, characterize mechanical response beam, are considered within code. In addition, case study developed showing application Matlab homogenized prismatic beam. Advances beyond state art therefore shown.
